Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, 21, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

– BOE-A-2021-13980 Decree-Law 6/2021, of June 4, which regulates, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the granting of the “Covid line of direct aid to self-employed persons and companies” provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021, of March 12, on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, financed by the Government of Spain.

BOE-A-2021-1350 Royal Decree 1/2021, of January 12, which amends the General Accounting Plan approved by Royal Decree 1514/2007, of November 16; the General Accounting Plan for Small and Medium-sized Companies approved by Royal Decree 1515/2007, of November 16; the Rules for the Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements approved by Royal Decree 1159/2010, of September 17; and the rules for the adaptation of the General Accounting Plan to non-profit entities approved by Royal Decree 1491/2011, of October 24.

EMICELA develops its activities through its delegations both in the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and La Palma) and in the Iberian Peninsula (Madrid). The Company’s main activities are as follows:

  1. Processing, packaging and marketing of food products, as well as other products such as nuts, candies, confectionery and other products such as household and cleaning products; and
  2. Marketing of hospitality products (amenities) for all types of hotels, such as soaps and shower gels, etc.
